The Residences of Dempsey Park was built between 2000 and 2002 by Freed Homes. It consists of 49 Townhomes (also called Units) in seven blocks. Two of the Blocks are located on Ellerslie Avenue and five are on McBride Lane. There are also an additional ten parking Units by ten of the Ellerslie Avenue Units. The legal legal name of the corporation is Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 1418, or MTCC 1418.
The Owners Manual has been developed by the Board of Directors as a comprehensive guide for current and new owners of the Residences of Dempsey Park. The manual includes all the necessary documents and references to explain the responsibilities and obligations of an owner. It is to be used in conjunction to the Living Here - Guide to the Residences of Dempsey Park which provides day-to-day living information for Owners, Residents and Tenants.
